Quickly moving into other industries, we are a fast-paced and agile company looking for a best-in-class Accounting Supervisor willing to roll up their sleeves and exude a passion for the field!

What you'll do…

• Supervises AP/AR teams
• Reviewing and approving daily AP/AR transactions
• Manage monthly, quarterly, annual closings
• Establish accounting policies & procedures
• Monitor AR/AP reports and deliver financial metrics to management
• Maintains subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocation, and posting transactions
• Oversees collections/credit approval process
• Makes recommendations based on analysis
• Prepare monthly analysis & reconciliation for management review

What you'll need to succeed…

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, or finance required with, or 3-5 years’ experience Project based accounting environment
• 3-5 years of experience using ERP software
• Intermediate knowledge of GAAP, Financial statements, Full cycle month-end close
• Experience with acquisitions and business combinations
• Proficient in Word and Excel
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong organizational and analytical skills
• Willingness to establish and maintain effective working relationships
• Ability to function well in a team-oriented environment

The base pay range for this position is $85,000 to $90,000 per year. Please note that the compensation range reflects the base pay only and does not include benefits, or bonuses this role may be eligible to receive. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by bona fide factors such as geographic work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
