Quickly moving into other industries, we are a fast-paced and agile company looking for a best-in-class Fabricator willing to roll up their sleeves and exude a passion for the field!

What you'll do…

• Maintaining company safety standards
• Daily Toolbox
• Collaborating with team members to build out for projects
• Quality control (from cut material to finished components)
• Reading and interpreting blueprint
• Cutting and shaping materials (band saw, plasma cutter, press brake, and plate roller) also maintaining said equipment
• Welding and joining components
• Assembling and fitting parts
• Operating and maintaining equipment (forklift, scissor lift, and overhead crane)

What you'll need to succeed…

• Ability to read drawings, plans and blueprints
• Excellent organizational skills
• Ability to communicate and report effectively
• Aptitude in math and strong problem-solving abilities
• Minimum of 3 years of fabrication experience
• Minimum of 3 years working with Pipe, structural, and sheet metal
• 1 year of Forklift experience
• Painting experience is a plus
• Ability setup and program welding equipment
• Inspect work to maintain specified standards and quality
• In-depth understanding and working knowledge of welding, including MIG, TIG
• Ability to work Safety and correct unsafe actions respectfully
• Help train less experienced welders

• Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds independently; lifting from knee to shoulder heights; other lifting required from various levels
• Must be able to carry and transport up to 60 pounds up to 20 feet
• Requires standing for extended periods with frequent stretching, reaching, walking, and stooping, pushing and/or pulling in an environment that may be cold, hot, noisy, and wet and may have fumes or odors

The base pay range for this position is $20.00 to $30.00 per hour. Please note that the compensation range reflects the base pay only and does not include benefits, or bonuses this role may be eligible to receive. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by bona fide factors such as geographic work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
