As part of this role, The PMO Manager will play a key role in advancing the objectives of the Enterprise PMO Department, reporting directly to the Director of Enterprise PMO. This position is responsible for developing and standardizing operational playbooks that support end-to-end project delivery—from initial bidding through final turnover. Core responsibilities include creating SOP templates, building cross-functional process frameworks, and ensuring consistency across departments. The role also involves developing an Electrical Installation playbook, making prior experience in electrical construction project management highly valuable. 

What you'll do…

  • Design, implement, and maintain project management procedures and standard operating procedures (SOPs)
  • Standardize existing SOPs across all divisions and entities to ensure consistency and efficiency
  • Identify common project milestones across all entities and develop universal SOPs to support cross-functional alignment
  • Create comprehensive playbooks for large-scale electrical projects to guide execution and delivery
  • Align resources and motivate teams across regions and departments to drive performance and collaboration
  • Set and communicate clear team goals, implementing actionable strategies to achieve them
  • Develop a structured process for conducting post-project audits to support continuous improvement

What you'll need to succeed…

  • Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered
  • Minimum of five (5) years of project management experience within the electrical or construction industry, with a focus on large-scale electrical projects
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a Project Management Office (PMO), program management, or comparable leadership capacity
  • Demonstrated experience in the development and implementation of standard operating procedures (SOPs) and standardized project workflows
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent credential is strongly preferred
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and related project management tools

The base pay range for this position is $120,000 to $150,000 per year. Please note that the compensation range reflects the base pay only and does not include benefits, or bonuses this role may be eligible to receive. The range displayed reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by bona fide factors such as geographic work location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Your recruiter can share more about the specific salary range for your preferred location during the hiring process.
